Tasks
Times, reminders and repeats, and the rest of what a task app does.
Notes you see at a glance, tasks without the clutter, in one app. Simple by design, with more when you need it.

Memory is where your notes live, as cards. New ones wait in its Inbox until you sort them.
Tasks is where your to-dos live, as one simple list. Today comes first, then Upcoming, then the ones with no date.

When you have a few minutes, go through your Inbox. Most notes take a few seconds.

A Kanban board. Simple for now, and enough to move your work forward.
A web app you add to your home screen, no app store needed. It keeps capturing offline.
I kept going through the same cycle. I'd find an app that looked promising, move everything into it, then find out what it couldn't do. I'd use it less and less, until I was back to the mess: notes scattered, links everywhere, to-dos on paper and in Notion pages.
What was missing was one solid place for the everyday: notes, to-dos, and small projects, from a quick screenshot to a whole document. Not one item in a sidebar of ten, but an app built around it: capturing things, seeing them at a glance, and deciding what they become.
So I built Einko to be that place. I keep Notion for deeper work (for now), and send things there from Einko when they're ready.
Einko is small and has no investors, so the people who subscribe are the ones who support it and help it grow.
It's early, but I already use it every day and rely on it. If it sounds like what you've been missing, try it and see if it works for you. Below is a founding price for the people who join now.
— Sam
$3.99a month
Billed yearly at $47.88 USD, plus tax. Later, the price goes up for new members. Yours stays at $3.99 for as long as you're subscribed.
A say in what gets built next
Einko is still small. When you ask for something, it doesn't go into a queue. I read it, I reply, and members' requests go first. And if you need help, you get me, not a help center.
Einko is still early, and I'd rather you know what's missing before you pay. Features such as search, AI, App Store apps, a browser extension, and real-time sync aren't here yet.
That's where you come in. Every founding member means more time I can put into Einko, and you help decide what gets built first.
If it's worth $3.99 a month to you, that price is yours, with every update and a say in what Einko becomes. If it isn't, that's fine.
